Renters must be at least 25 years old.
A valid driver’s license and a major credit card are required.
LuxEvRentals reserves the right to verify eligibility and deny service at its sole discretion.
A valid driver’s license and a major credit card are required.
LuxEvRentals reserves the right to verify eligibility and deny service at its sole discretion.
All reservations are subject to vehicle availability and successful completion of LuxEvRentals eligibility, identity, payment, and documentation requirements.
At checkout, LuxEvRentals may authorize the Guest's payment method for the reservation amount rather than immediately capturing the payment.
LuxEvRentals provides a 24-hour risk-free cancellation period following reservation confirmation, as presented during checkout.
If an eligible reservation is cancelled within the applicable 24-hour cancellation period, the reservation authorization will be cancelled or released.
The time required for released funds or available credit to appear in the Guest's account is determined by the Guest's bank or card issuer.
If the reservation is not cancelled within the applicable 24-hour cancellation period, LuxEvRentals may capture the authorized reservation payment and the reservation becomes non-refundable, subject to applicable law and any additional terms expressly disclosed during checkout.
Rates may vary based on vehicle, rental dates, demand, season, availability, delivery location, selected options, and other reservation factors.
A valid authorized payment method must remain on file through the rental and until all applicable trip-related charges have been resolved.
Additional authorized charges may include, when applicable, extensions, mileage overages, charging costs, tolls, parking, violations, late returns, cleaning, damage, recovery expenses, missing equipment, and other amounts authorized by the Rental Agreement or these Terms.
Rental Extensions, Late Returns and Unauthorized Use After Rental Period
Any request to extend a rental must be submitted to and approved by LuxEvRentals before the scheduled rental end time.
An extension request does not modify the reservation or extend the authorized rental period unless and until LuxEvRentals confirms the extension through an authorized electronic communication, updated reservation, or other written confirmation.
LuxEvRentals is not obligated to approve an extension.
Extension approval may be subject to vehicle availability, additional rental charges, payment authorization, documentation requirements, or other applicable conditions. The rate applicable to an approved extension may differ from the rate applicable to the original reservation.
If an extension is approved, the Guest remains responsible for all additional rental charges and other applicable amounts associated with the extended rental period.
The Guest must return the vehicle by the date, time, and location stated in the reservation or Rental Agreement unless LuxEvRentals has approved an extension or other return arrangement.
Keeping, operating, possessing, or controlling the vehicle beyond the authorized rental period without LuxEvRentals approval constitutes unauthorized use under the Rental Agreement.
Unauthorized retention of the vehicle may result in additional rental charges, late-return charges, recovery or towing expenses, documented loss-of-use costs where applicable, termination of the rental, suspension of future rental privileges, and any other lawful remedies available under the Rental Agreement or applicable law.
If the Guest anticipates being unable to return the vehicle on time, the Guest must contact LuxEvRentals as soon as reasonably possible.
Communication regarding a late return does not itself constitute approval of an extension unless LuxEvRentals expressly confirms the extension.
Proper Vehicle Return and Post-Trip Inspection
The Guest must return the vehicle at the date, time, and approved return location stated in the reservation or Rental Agreement, unless LuxEvRentals has expressly approved a different arrangement.
At the time of return, the Guest must reasonably follow the applicable return instructions provided by LuxEvRentals, including instructions regarding vehicle location, securing the vehicle, key card or access method, battery level, photographs, and any other check-out requirements.
The vehicle must be returned in a condition reasonably consistent with its condition at the beginning of the rental, excluding normal wear and tear.
The Guest should remove all personal property from the vehicle and reasonably verify that doors, windows, trunks, and other access points are properly secured before completing the return.
When requested, the Guest must provide reasonable post-trip photographs or other documentation showing the vehicle's condition and return location.
Return of the vehicle does not prevent LuxEvRentals from conducting a reasonable post-trip inspection within a reasonable period after the Guest has completed the return.
LuxEvRentals may use photographs, video, timestamps, mileage records, battery information, vehicle data or telematics where available, inspection records, charging records, toll records, and other relevant documentation when reviewing the condition and use of the vehicle following a rental.
Damage, missing equipment, excessive cleaning, charging costs, tolls, parking charges, mileage overages, late-return charges, recovery expenses, or other authorized trip-related amounts discovered or received after return may be charged in accordance with the Rental Agreement, these Terms, the Guest's selected Damage Protection Plan where applicable, and applicable law.
If LuxEvRentals identifies a material issue during the post-trip inspection, the Company may contact the Guest and request additional information or documentation reasonably necessary to review and resolve the matter.
The rental will be considered properly returned when the vehicle has been delivered to the approved return location, the applicable return instructions have been reasonably completed, and possession or access has been transferred back to LuxEvRentals in accordance with the reservation or Rental Agreement.
At checkout, LuxEvRentals may authorize the Guest's payment method for the reservation amount rather than immediately capturing the payment.

Vehicles must be operated in compliance with all applicable traffic laws and regulations. Only authorized drivers listed in the Rental Agreement may operate the vehicle.
Guests are responsible for fines, penalties, violations, or damage incurred during the rental period. Vehicles may not be used for illegal activities, racing, or transporting hazardous materials.
The vehicle must be returned on time and at the return location specified in the reservation or Rental Agreement unless LuxEvRentals has approved a different arrangement. A vehicle may not be abandoned, left at an unauthorized location, or left in a condition or location that prevents LuxEvRentals from reasonably accessing or recovering it.
If a vehicle is not returned as agreed, is left at the wrong location, appears abandoned, becomes inaccessible, or otherwise requires recovery due to the Guest’s actions or failure to comply with the Rental Agreement, LuxEvRentals may use lawful methods to recover the vehicle. The Guest may be responsible for reasonable recovery, towing, transportation, storage, impound, parking, administrative, and related costs resulting from the improper return or recovery.
If roadside assistance is required because of a vehicle or mechanical issue not caused by the Guest, LuxEvRentals will coordinate the appropriate assistance. Roadside assistance or recovery resulting from Guest-caused circumstances — including a depleted battery, lost key or key card, lockout, impact-related tire damage, improper towing or recovery, or lost charging equipment — may be charged to the Guest as permitted by the Rental Agreement and applicable law.

Insurance and Financial Responsibility
LuxEvRentals Damage Protection Plans are contractual damage-responsibility limitation plans. They are not automobile insurance and should not be represented as insurance coverage.
The Guest may be required to provide current and verifiable automobile insurance information before vehicle release.
The Guest certifies that any insurance information provided to LuxEvRentals is accurate and current.
The existence of any insurance policy, commercial coverage, liability coverage, or Damage Protection Plan does not automatically eliminate the Guest's financial responsibility under the Rental Agreement.
Guest financial responsibility may include vehicle damage, theft, vandalism, tires, wheels, glass, interior or exterior damage, charging equipment, towing, storage, diminished value, loss of use, deductibles, and other applicable losses or costs unless responsibility is expressly limited by the selected Damage Protection Plan, applicable insurance, the Rental Agreement, or applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms represents that a specific insurance coverage is included with a rental unless such coverage is expressly identified in the Guest's reservation documentation or Rental Agreement and is subject to the terms, limits, exclusions, and conditions of the applicable policy.
Any applicable insurance coverage is governed by the actual insurance policy and applicable law and is separate from LuxEvRentals Damage Protection Plans.
Accident, Theft and Incident Reporting
The Guest must promptly notify LuxEvRentals of any accident, collision, theft, attempted theft, vandalism, hit-and-run, fire, flood, vehicle damage, property damage, bodily injury, or other material incident involving the rental vehicle.
In the event of an accident or incident, the Guest must:
* Stop in a safe location when reasonably possible
* Contact emergency services when necessary
* Contact law enforcement when required by law or reasonably appropriate under the circumstances
* Obtain a police report or incident report when available
* Promptly notify LuxEvRentals
* Provide the names, contact information, driver's license information, vehicle information, and insurance information of any involved parties when available
* Obtain photographs or video of the vehicles, damage, surrounding area, road conditions, license plates, and any other relevant evidence when reasonably possible
* Identify witnesses and obtain their contact information when available
* Preserve and provide any documents, reports, photographs, videos, correspondence, or other information reasonably requested by LuxEvRentals
In the event of theft, attempted theft, vandalism, or suspected criminal activity, the Guest must promptly report the incident to law enforcement and provide LuxEvRentals with the applicable police report or report number when available.
The Guest must reasonably cooperate with LuxEvRentals, applicable insurers, claims administrators, law enforcement, repair facilities, recovery providers, and other parties reasonably involved in investigating or resolving the incident.
The Guest should not authorize repairs, towing, storage, disposal, settlement, or other material action involving the vehicle without LuxEvRentals' approval, except when reasonably necessary to protect persons or property or when required by law.
The Guest should not admit liability, promise payment, negotiate or settle a claim on behalf of LuxEvRentals, or make representations regarding LuxEvRentals' insurance coverage or financial responsibility.
Failure to timely report an incident, provide reasonably requested information, preserve available evidence, or reasonably cooperate with an investigation may affect the Guest's eligibility for Damage Protection Plan limitations to the extent such failure materially impairs LuxEvRentals' ability to investigate the incident, recover the vehicle, pursue insurance coverage, recover from responsible third parties, or otherwise mitigate the loss.
Nothing in this section requires the Guest to place themselves or others in danger.

Nothing in this section requires the Guest to place themselves or others in danger.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of reservation confirmation are eligible for a full refund or release of any payment authorization, as applicable. After this 24-hour period, the reservation becomes non-refundable, subject to applicable law and any terms disclosed at booking. No-shows are non-refundable.
LuxEvRentals is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our vehicles or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental.
We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with applicable laws. Data collected during reservations is used solely to provide rental services and improve customer experience.

Damage Protection Plan — Limits and Exclusions
The LuxEvRentals Damage Protection Plan is an optional contractual damage protection plan designed to limit the Guest's out-of-pocket financial responsibility for eligible physical damage to the vehicle, subject to the selected plan's limits, terms, conditions, and exclusions.
The Damage Protection Plan is not automobile insurance and does not eliminate the Guest's financial responsibility for all types of damage.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the selected plan, the plan's maximum out-of-pocket limitation does not apply to:
• Interior damage caused by misuse, negligence, abuse, or intentional acts.
• Mechanical or electrical damage resulting from misuse, negligence, abuse, prohibited use, intentional acts, or failure to reasonably respond to vehicle warnings or alerts when continued operation could cause or worsen damage.
• Damage resulting from prohibited or unauthorized use of the vehicle.
• Damage occurring while the vehicle is operated by an unauthorized driver.
• Damage or losses resulting from fraud, intentional misconduct, or material violation of the Rental Agreement.
• Damage or losses for which the Guest fails to timely report the incident or reasonably cooperate with LuxEvRentals in documenting or investigating the loss, where such failure materially affects the Company's ability to investigate or recover the loss.
Normal wear and tear and mechanical failures not caused by the Guest's misuse, negligence, abuse, or prohibited use are not the Guest's responsibility.
For eligible physical damage covered by the selected Damage Protection Plan, the Guest's financial responsibility will be limited to the applicable maximum out-of-pocket amount stated for the selected plan, subject to its terms, conditions, and exclusions.
Damage or losses excluded from the Damage Protection Plan remain the Guest's financial responsibility for the actual documented repair, replacement, recovery, or related cost, subject to the Rental Agreement and applicable law.
Damage Claims and Payment Process
When vehicle damage is reported or discovered, LuxEvRentals will review available trip documentation to determine whether the damage occurred during the rental period and assess the Guest's applicable financial responsibility.
LuxEvRentals may use pre-trip and post-trip photographs or video, timestamps, vehicle data and telematics where available, inspection records, repair estimates, invoices, third-party reports, and other relevant documentation when evaluating a damage claim.
When applicable, amounts owed for vehicle damage or related costs may be applied against an existing security deposit or authorization hold and/or charged to the Guest's authorized payment method on file in accordance with the Rental Agreement.
The amount charged will be based on the Guest's selected Damage Protection Plan, any applicable insurance or third-party recovery, the documented damage amount, and any applicable related costs.
For minor damage, LuxEvRentals may resolve the matter directly using the documented repair or replacement cost without initiating an unnecessary insurance claim.
For damage requiring professional assessment, LuxEvRentals may obtain a repair estimate, inspection, diagnostic report, appraisal, or invoice to determine the appropriate repair or replacement cost.
If an initial security deposit, authorization, or payment exceeds the Guest's final financial responsibility, the applicable difference will be released or refunded.
If the final amount owed exceeds the amount available from an existing security deposit or authorization, LuxEvRentals may charge the authorized payment method on file for the remaining balance, subject to the Rental Agreement and applicable law.
If applicable insurance or a responsible third party subsequently pays amounts attributable to the same covered loss, any appropriate adjustment will be made so that LuxEvRentals does not recover more than the documented loss and applicable related costs.
The Guest agrees to reasonably cooperate with LuxEvRentals in the investigation and resolution of any damage claim, including providing requested incident information, insurance information, photographs, reports, or other relevant documentation.
Unpaid Balances and Failed Payments
The Guest must maintain a valid authorized payment method on file for the duration of the rental and until all applicable trip-related charges have been resolved.
If a valid charge authorized under the Rental Agreement or these Terms cannot be successfully processed, LuxEvRentals may notify the Guest of the outstanding balance and request an updated or alternative valid payment method.
LuxEvRentals may make additional reasonable attempts to process an outstanding authorized balance using the payment method on file or another payment method subsequently authorized by the Guest.
Any unpaid balance remains due until paid in full.
Guests with an outstanding unpaid balance may be restricted from making new reservations or renting additional vehicles from LuxEvRentals until the balance has been resolved.
At LuxEvRentals' discretion, the Company may agree in writing to a payment arrangement for an outstanding balance. Any such arrangement does not waive the Guest's underlying financial responsibility, and LuxEvRentals is not obligated to offer a payment arrangement.
If reasonable payment attempts are unsuccessful and the balance remains unpaid, LuxEvRentals may pursue lawful collection remedies, including referral of the outstanding balance to a third-party collection agency or legal collection process, subject to applicable law.
The Guest remains responsible for the underlying unpaid balance and for any collection costs, third-party fees, or other recovery costs that may lawfully be charged under the Rental Agreement and applicable law.
Payment disputes or questions regarding a charge should be submitted directly to LuxEvRentals so that the supporting documentation can be reviewed and the matter can be addressed through the Company's dispute process.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If the Guest has a question or dispute regarding a charge, the Guest should contact LuxEvRentals promptly so the Company can review the supporting documentation and attempt to resolve the matter directly.
LuxEvRentals may use the Rental Agreement, electronically accepted Terms, reservation records, pre-trip and post-trip photographs or video, timestamps, vehicle data and telematics, inspection records, invoices, repair estimates, communications, payment records, and other relevant documentation to support the validity of a charge.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not automatically eliminate or satisfy an otherwise valid financial obligation owed under the Rental Agreement or these Terms.
If a payment is reversed, withheld, or temporarily credited by a financial institution while a dispute is being reviewed, any valid outstanding balance remains subject to final resolution of the dispute and applicable law.
LuxEvRentals reserves the right to respond to chargebacks or payment disputes by providing relevant documentation and evidence to the applicable payment processor, card network, bank, or financial institution.
Guests who initiate fraudulent, knowingly false, or abusive payment disputes may have their LuxEvRentals account restricted or suspended and may be denied future rentals.
If a valid balance remains unpaid after the completion of a payment dispute or chargeback process, LuxEvRentals may pursue the unpaid amount through the remedies described in these Terms, including applicable collection procedures.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or protections available to the Guest under applicable law or applicable card-network rules.

Security Deposits and Authorization Holds
LuxEvRentals may require a security deposit or payment-card authorization hold before vehicle release or at another appropriate point in the reservation process.
A security deposit may be processed as an authorization hold rather than an immediately captured charge. An authorization hold temporarily reserves available funds or credit on the Guest's payment method but does not necessarily constitute a completed payment.
The applicable security deposit amount may vary based on the vehicle, reservation details, selected Damage Protection Plan, driver eligibility or age requirements, rental duration, risk factors, or other applicable LuxEvRentals policies disclosed during the reservation process.
If more than one LuxEvRentals security-deposit requirement applies to the same reservation, the applicable security deposit will generally be the highest required amount rather than the sum of multiple deposit amounts, unless otherwise expressly disclosed to the Guest.
A security deposit or authorization hold may be applied, in whole or in part, toward authorized amounts owed under the Rental Agreement or these Terms, including vehicle damage, deductibles or applicable damage responsibility, tolls, tickets, parking charges, charging costs, Supercharging fees, idle fees, mileage overages, cleaning or remediation charges, late return charges, missing or damaged accessories, towing, recovery expenses, administrative charges, or other valid trip-related amounts.
The existence or amount of a security deposit does not necessarily limit the Guest's total financial responsibility under the Rental Agreement, selected Damage Protection Plan, applicable insurance, or these Terms.
If the Guest's final financial responsibility is less than the amount of the applicable security deposit, authorization hold, or captured deposit, LuxEvRentals will release or refund the appropriate unused amount.
If the Guest's final financial responsibility exceeds the amount available from the security deposit or authorization hold, LuxEvRentals may charge the authorized payment method on file for the remaining valid balance in accordance with the Rental Agreement and applicable law.
LuxEvRentals may maintain an authorization hold for a reasonable period after vehicle return while completing vehicle inspection and processing trip-related charges that may not be immediately available, including tolls, charging activity, parking charges, citations, damage assessments, or other authorized post-trip amounts.
Once LuxEvRentals releases or reduces an authorization hold, the time required for the available funds or credit to appear in the Guest's account is controlled by the Guest's bank, card issuer, or financial institution and may vary.
A released authorization hold is not the same as a refund because funds associated with an authorization may never have been captured by LuxEvRentals.
If LuxEvRentals captures any portion of a deposit as payment toward an authorized charge, the transaction will be applied to the Guest's applicable financial responsibility and documented in accordance with the Rental Agreement.
