Smoking, vaping, marijuana, and unauthorized pets are strictly prohibited in all LuxEvRentals vehicles.
The vehicle must be returned in the same general condition in which it was received.
If additional cleaning, odor removal, damage restoration, or evidence of smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or unauthorized pets is found, applicable Cleaning, Restoration, or Damage Fees will be charged in accordance with the Rental Agreement.
The Guest is fully responsible for all traffic citations, parking tickets, toll violations, fines, and any other driving-related charges incurred during the rental period.
Any unpaid charges received by LuxEvRentals after the trip will be billed to the Guest, together with any applicable administrative processing fees permitted under the Rental Agreement.
Every vehicle is photographed before and after each trip using timestamped images to document its condition.

Cosmetic damage caused by impact, curbing, misuse, or negligence is not considered normal wear and tear.

For our wheels, LuxEvRentals uses protective wheel covers specifically designed to help prevent cosmetic damage.

If the damage is limited exclusively to the protective wheel cover, the Guest will be responsible only for the replacement cost of the damaged cover.

If the underlying wheel is also damaged — including bending, cracking, structural damage, or any condition requiring professional repair or replacement — the Guest will be responsible for the applicable repair or replacement cost of the wheel, subject to the terms of the selected Damage Protection Plan.

Whenever possible, we resolve minor cosmetic issues using fair, standardized charges instead of processing unnecessary insurance claims.

Replacement wheel protector charges are based on the Company's current replacement price at the time of the incident.

Our goal is to resolve minor cosmetic damage quickly, fairly, and without unnecessary repair costs whenever possible.
